Just came back from Fiesta Americana Coral Beach after staying a week! Everything is good, except the food! Its horrible! I won’t pay that much $ to stay at an all inclusive to have disgusting food and drinks.

Scott Kirkwood (dir. of "golf") is a terrible human being. He has caused me and many of his co-workers mental torment and sleepless nights. I was frank with him and told him that every worker in our department/pro shop is quitting directly because of you, and he says to me, “ those people left because they didn’t want to make the country club better”. Many people have complained about his domineering attitude and lack of reasoning. Scott"s leadership is poor and he lacks perspective. Scott told me, "why put yourself through such heartache when you could just move on?" That is the measure of his empathy.
