How well does it take pictures, I still want a camera to do what a camera is suppose to do. Vlogging should just be and additional option to the cameras potential in my opinion. Frustrated only to read reviews of what P&S cameras vlogging capabilities are with no mention of how good the camera is at taking pictures.

I use all three types of microphones, but Bluetooth mics are my go to.

I dont know why I got recommended this video, but ive been wanting to make videos for a while now and I think this is a sign to just go for it. Great video really helped simplify those personal doubt into a more productive thought process!

you can use one camera but you should still have multiple simply for getting a variety of different shots.

IF you plan to livestream certain cameras that also have a video function will shut off after (I think) +/- 30 minutes. Something I have found useful is to find a creator who matches the kind of content you want to make and see if they've posted videos aboht their setup, you can ask them, or Google if they're a "big enough" creator can help. Action shots, weatherproof, durable i think you might want a GoPro with a case but my knowlege is limited. Hope you find a better answer! 😅 for the mostpart the advice I've seen is if you're just starting out using your phone isn't a bad start 🤷‍♀️

Just got the ZV-1F directly from Sony on sale ($400) and an extra $25 off that for first time purchase. Its a nice small camera that seems to do a lot.

I totally agree with you on the videos being ready to post after getting it off the camera. It would be nice to have the option to do fancy stuff, but a preset that just works well most of the time, because maybe otherwise it would feel limited, if you actually have to, or want to change some specific things, but are not able to do it right.

I also bought a CX405 Handy Cam. Its good. But I think an external mic attachment might have been a good idea

I have a friend who is a content creator and he got the DJI Action 5 pro early and he let me mess with it a little. It looks exactly the same as the 4 but the front mics are bigger (Probably for better audio when vlogging without the DJI Mic 2), The front and back screen are bigger, And its supposed to be better in low light but I didn't get much time to test it out to see the results. Also there will be a active tracking mode on there that will basically crop in your wide shot to consistently keep you in the center of frame. Similar to what new AI is doing in the newer Sony cams. Other than that there wasn't too much difference. I'm hoping the low light footage looks way better in post.

Most people are gonna get the base model because of the price factor. When the action 5 comes out. That would be cool if both action 5 have a 1 inch sensor.

They fixing fuzz in dark spots too: why is your footage a bit blurred and jittery? What settings have you got on?

Recently bought a CX405 and bought this grip after seeing this video. Works like a charm! So much easier to zoom in and out than using the button on top of the CX405. The grip isn't battery operated so I can only guess that it uses power from the CX405. If you have a CX405, what are you waiting for? Buy this grip!!

What I read online about DJI action five rumors and leaks. There will be two versions of the camera. One will be DJI action five and the other one will be called DJI action five Pro DJI action five Pro might come with the 1 inch sensor same as the DJI Osmo pocket three. And might be releasing beginning of the September 2024. Myself hoping to get the pro version with the 1 inch and hope they have a bigger processor for better image and low light quality.

the image quality for being in poor conditions is immaculate! very nice audio quality as well since the wind doesn't mess with the recording

I have to agree with you. I, as you, watched a lot of videos too. And I noticed that if they were promoting let’s say any one of the action cams, they were filming on their Sonys, Canons, etc. Then I say, “ hey wait a minute🤔”. Then I understood. It wasn’t completely a bad thing, but I got the gist. So I trod along, a little bit wiser of rushing off to buy said product.🤷🏽‍♂️It’s the nature of the beast. Not Mr. Beast…..Continued success. I hope to have a UA-cam channel too one day soon…..I’m just waiting on a product one of them suggested. Ha!🤷🏽‍♂️
