Mr Mellville, I feel safe around those who admit they goofed but learnt from their mistakes. No place for Ego's.. Take it easy
Why do they wear hard hats while in the offices?
Pretty cool video
I’m surprised his mine is still in operation with all the death he’s seen. I felt like he was describing the beaches of Normandy on D Day
Great video! What is clipped to your hardhat?
Thank you so much so for your dedication to mining. I worked in the mining industry and know how essential it is to understand potential hazards and ventilation, gas control ( God bless the davi lampand the gas detection people). Collecting vital information on minners past experiences is so important. It's not an easy job never has been but as you said in this video, down there you are all family, and under only to well what it's like to lose a member, it hurts allot. Safety is key. God bless you all, keep safe. Alexander
Dave has seen a lot of people die.

Hi everybody/ I am mining engineer from Russia. I am looking for miners from the whole world who dont mind to chat a little about mining relating things via skype or e-mail (my skype:avtogir; e-mail: yurec55555@yandex.ru)
I had the pleasure of working with Roger. It's great to see that through this video he is able to share his wealth of knowledge with the underground hardrock community.
