I'm curious to ask where in PH you live with these descriptions? 😂 Port Harcourt does need proper drainages for sure. Some of the problems that contribute to the flooding is sandfilling of swampy areas. Like in trans amadi. I can't talk about the dirt cause everywhere in Port Harcourt is not the same. Also the soot has reduced.
