    I don't know how much time you've been working out, how intense it is, what you eat and how you rest but I do believe you're understimating your body. Give yourself room for improvement and value every bit of you, just an advice from a random guy. You're doing great, keep going.

    “ There is a glorious rainbow that beckons those with the spirit of adventure. And there are rich findings at the end of that rainbow. To the young and the not too old, I say look at the horizon, find that rainbow, go ride it. Not all will be rich; quite a few will find a vein of gold; but all who pursue that rainbow will have a joyous and exhilarating ride and some profit” (Lee Kuan Yew) Thought to share a quote from the Father of modern Singapore echoing quite a bit what you articulated. Go ride it!

    Hey man, your physique is amazing but I just wanted to let you know that any more than 1g of protein per kg of weight has scientifically over and over shown not to show any muscle growth. Plus just baking chicken or putting it in the air fryer after just rubbing it down with a tablespoon of oil and spices is a great alternative! Not even pro body builders eat plain boiled chicken.

    I’m at your exact situation brother. I’m 84kg and been trying to cut a little but just don’t feel like it so I’ve gotten back to bulking. I’ve also got 90kg as an objective and eat 160g of protein a day, or at least try. When I lift I look good, not incredible but not bad, but in the morning it looks like I’ve never once lifted. So I’ve kinda gotten used to it, and I see that you weight yourself weekly to see how much you gained. That is something I also used to do, and personally I feel like it adds unnecessary pressure to an already stressful life, so I’ve kind of reached this state of mind: I lift 4x week and give my utmost, then I try to eat all my proteins but if I miss 20g I will not force myself to eat another 100g of chicken I don’t feel like it, it’s not supposed to be a torture. If you don’t have an imposed deadline for reaching your objective (academic, sports) the best strategy is, in my opinion, to simply be consistent and patient, as I’ve started adopting this way of thinking, I look better (or maybe I just like myself more). Anyway, these are my 2 cents, I hope that you’ll reach your objectives and good luck for the microwave 😂

    • @ChenfangOuyang
      @ChenfangOuyang Місяць тому

      I used to think the same too, it should be fun and something I enjoy. But recently I have kinda went into the hardcore stuff a bit, that you can’t always have fun when you try to achieve a goal. So now I just use measurements to check my progress, and maybe a bit of pressure to keep me motivated

  • @johnlee9383

    用藥不會讓你成為冠軍沒說錯,但進步只有5%就不可能了,用藥提升幅度之大可以讓你完全屌打一般自然人類沒問題,要成為最頂尖的那個冠軍雖然不可能,但也已經足夠了,不是跑車給車打蠟,是你用了藥後自行車直接自動升級汽車,至於汽車你等級是豐田還是布加迪就是天賦跟努力,你汽車性能還是妥妥完爆自行車
