If all other functions are okay in cycle times, then the swing motor is having internal leaks which you need to repair or replace it

I have a 65 ex dozer, the joystick ( the turning joystick) doesn't work and. The dozer wont start at all with it in place, but it starts when its removed, can someone help please??
