My wife has the box, she knows the combination, she had me change it using the instructions that come with the box, she wants to change it again, I don't remember how to do it, and she can't find the instructions, anyone know if there's a solution to change the combination? Nevermind, I found the instructions online 😅

This is insane. It works on the new ones too. I wanted to try this on mine and u can see the grooves with a flashlight. Mine aren't plastic tho they are metal. Looks like they changed that part in the new ones. But this does work. The groves are easy to see with a light.

I also have a newer model but mine has black plastic instead of white its hard to see but with a good flashlight its possible

Worked not easy to see in this one the white rollers are smaller but with a bright flashlight and magnifiers on my head I could see 2 rollers with notches I just spun the center one until it opened. Used to open laptop cable locks this way I worked in PC support for our company eventually management thought it was better to get key cable locks and IT had a master key. I told them it was a bad idea the employees lost their keys the way I was doing it better just enough security to stop the grab and go thieves. Exactly what happened more theft and hassle.

This worked! I bought an old briefcase - think men in black style briefcase - and one side was set to 000 but I could not for the life of me figure out the other side. The dials DO NOT have as much space next to them as the box in the video has but if you push the dial over hard enough with a safety pin or whatever you're using, you will be able to see the notches. Thanks so much!!

Thank you it worked for my VAULTZ pencil case! I had locked it from scrambling the code and accidentally let go of the slide lever for changing the code!

All you need is a flat head or butter knife and get it between the sliding button and push right until the latch opens …thank me later !
