HOW TO Close More Power Washing Leads!! (SALES TIP)
Congratulations on the new business venture. I'm on the same path as well. May I ask where you went for training to start your roofing business? I'm looking to sub out work as another service we provide beyond pressure washing. Thanks!
Did you have to custom size the fuel line connection to the carburetor ? You didn’t mention any sizing . Also, I’d add a low pressure pump to give you continuous flow and some in line fuel filters .
Appreciate you brother!!😂 It was an absolute pleasure to meet you at HSF this year. We gotta link up again sometime! Keep up the great work. Love ya man!
Thanks
Beating up your unloaded toy need heat brother
Thank for the tips I'm just starting and trying to get all the info I need
How do you do contracts for these ?
Try Thunder Lighting Supply. They’re on Long Island
😊
Tyler. Start posting again
Good video but I would suggest not putting your ladder on your customers gutters.
what's ur sales process for lights
Most people put videos this good behind paywalls. Thank you brother
Where dod you get the proportioner from?
Most businesses in other sectors charge more for commercial. Why does pressure washing charge less when there is long delay in payment and documentation that has to be handled. It’s a misconception, I do commercial and get more per hour from commercial.
How did you decide on that setup being the most cost efficient? Do you ever regret going with smaller machines and a smaller setup, or is the cost efficiency benefits worth the work efficiency downsides? I’m upgrading to a new rig for my company right now, and want to start keeping all of our rigs and trucks the exact same. So I have to decide what setup I want to go heavy on and copy all throughout our system. I’m leaning toward trucks and trailers even though they’re more expensive simply because we’ll be able to run 325 gallon water tanks so that an 8 gpm, 4gpm, and soft wash can be running all day without having to wait on water
Hi, What is a good cost to charge a restaurant for there dumpster area? I have a customer waiting for a quote but I'm not sure how to quote it. It's pretty and i dont want to under charge
Well said!
Hey Tyler, glad you’re doing good! My name is Luis and I own Penn Clean Pressure Washing. Ive seen one of your company trucks passing me today💪🏼
Where are you located?
Dropping gold brother. Appreciate you sharing. I’d like to talk to you a little bit more about your performance pay model whenever you have time.
Would you be open to being my mentor?
how to raise your average ticket 101: quote everything on the property. Every single thing - roof, gutters, house, patio, driveway, windows. Anything you can clean. Make that your top package,. Explain to customer this is just to give them a ''home cleaning budget' so you won't have to come back out in the future to quote the project, also this 'gives everything the same anniversary date' when it needs to be cleaned again. Next you have a middle package, this is 'what YOU think should be cleaned' . or 'what you would clean if it was your mom's house', then your bottom package is 'what the customer called for'. Then ask your customer 'which package would you like to choose'? And shut your mouth!
Killer! I can tell you went to sales boost 🤩
@@Tylerkroppperhaps 😂. i'm reading up on HVAC sales and they advocate 6 options lmao
it can work for sure, but hard to really view the property and come up with some packages to sell the customer based on that
W Short
is that a 1/8 thread on that 3/16 barb?
That’s great bro! hope I do the same this season
Let’s go!!!!! Love it man
Hey bud, have a great season.
It was nice to meet you today bud. Have a great season.
Would love if you shared that VA training SOP
For a job like this exact how much did you charge? I have a potential job like this but idk what to charge for it?
tyler, who did you branding with the logo of your face ?
we wash year s round seattle. always busy season no excuses
You're making me feel like a slacker. I'm doing estimates but my truck isn't even together for the season yet.
better be taking deposits 💰
Great content Tyler, any podcast recommendations? Thanks again
fire
can you make a vid about how to get power washing leads
Be absolutely obsessed &act upon y? And y your doing it save ya 5 mins
Appreciate your service Michael 🫡
Let’s gooooooooo
podcast goblin
solid vid
this doesn't work well if you're selling packages though. A lot of customer might want different things based on budget. So first you have to pick the package then the date of service.
Who do you recommend for website building ?
Tyler, what is your strategy to recruit, train and keep workers for such a short season? First year in Christmas light biz without complimentary seasonal biz.
Good question brother, let me make a video on this tomorrow
Yep!!!! You know it
Yes, there is an answer. You have to go there, introduce yourself, shake hands, inspire confidence when explaining your services. That's the secret sauce 👍
I did not hear any explanations as to how you quoted Christmas Light installs. All I caught were quoted numbers a couple of times. Cost per linear foot (install and take-down), labor vs. materials, is seasonal maintenance included in cost? The materials for commercial holdiay lighting are not cheap by any stretch.
commercial don't have to wait for your money made that mistake not getting into. Now its simple be stern tell client you have net 3 put on quote with $75 late fee after 3 days every day until paid. they have no problem if they do the can go somewhere else. simple 3 days is enough time for them to hustle view completed work and have it paid.
There are way better ways of finding and networking for bigger commercial work. It doesn't sound like your to interested, but if you ever would be you may want to try B2B networking events "BOMA usually has them across the country", software for finding open procurements, sites for open procurements, vendor list, targeting. It seems every young kid with a rig is going after restaurants, gas stations, plazas, etc, which is driving down ticket prices. Going for the bigger buildings and building maintenance is where its at now.
