I know I've been away for a month, and I’m sorry for the break. It’s been a challenging time-I've been swamped with freelance projects, dealing with breakups, visa issues, and a lot more that I won’t get into here. But I’m excited to share that we’ll be coming back strong with videos in a new format starting next month! I’d love to hear your thoughts on them, as your feedback helps me improve the channel and create better content for you.

Whenever you download an asset from the Connect website, it is saved to your downloads folder. Why does render take 30 minutes? It is just single image rendering, not an animation or catwalk.

hello. really useful video, thank you, but what should I do if the file that downloads from CONNECT is not a .zacs file?
Hello @monceaioana3604, thank you for your feedback! If the file that downloads from CONNECT is not a .zacs file, it might be in a different format such as .zip or another compressed format. You can try the following steps: Check the File Extension: Make sure the file extension is correct. Sometimes, the browser might change the extension during download. Unzip the File: If it's a .zip file, you can unzip it using any decompression tool (e.g., WinRAR, 7-Zip, or the built-in decompression utility on your computer). Inside the unzipped folder, you should find the .zacs file along with other necessary files. Redownload the File: If the file extension still doesn't seem right, try downloading the asset again from CONNECT. Ensure that you are downloading the correct asset and that the download process is not interrupted. Contact CLO Support: If the problem persists, it may be a good idea to contact CLO support for further assistance. They might be able to provide more specific help based on the asset you're trying to download. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

It's not always working, sometimes the software doesn't allow me to multiselect garment + avatar's moving options :/. + do you already made a video on how to import multiple avater properly ? (i'm having them always teleporting on the same location and stiking together so i can't move them)
