First off, this is UAV laser guided artillery shells, not helicopter fire. Second, to answer your question. Im guessing different either human error, or different caliber used. Higher explosive radius doesnt need perfect aim, kills everything anyways.

if its a artilery shell then it depends on whre you shoting from .TRAJECTORY and all that .if its a dron then idk

the crosshairs are added to the video by someone. they mean absolutely nothing. it is indeed not a helicopter in the video but laser guided artillery . and unlike the other guy claiming the round is being designated by the UAV, i don't think that is the case. i think the UAV is merely observing. this is directly from Russia's export website "The Krasnopol system is compatible with both Russian-made laser designators/rangefinders (1D22, 1D26, LTsD-3M1) and foreign-built ones such as France’s DHY307 LDR." all of those are handheld or tripod mounted laser designators. the same website also states the probability of hit. there is a 80-90% chance the round will strike within 5 meters of the laser designation point at ranges between 3 to 12 kilometers. this drops to 60-70% when firing between 12km and 20km which is the maximum range of the 155mm krasnopol the 155mm krasnopol-M2 has a 5KM longer maximum range. the 152mm version which is most likely the one seen in the video, pretty much has the same statistics. there is also a 122mm version called Kitolov-2M which has a min/max range of 3-12 kilometers. there is even a version called "Gran" for 120mm mortars. so as mentioned the reason why some of them might hit directly while others fall close, is because of the angle at which the round comes in. environmental factors like humidity and wind. as well as the laser possibly reflecting off the target. thereby actually designating whatever it is reflecting on to.

@@seabasortega7 in the NATO Serbian war a Serbian farmer modified an old radar to find an F117 People used to say F117 is invisible. Since I live in the real world I believe other assets or the airplanes themselves will be spotted. It's called long wave detection.. unless it is hiding via altitude. Which is something any airplane can do but it's disadvantage. An F35 was detected by private German radar company and you can read about it on Google. Also a made Russian AA shot and badly damaged F35 airplane. F22 is hard to detect .. much harder than regular aircraft .. however it's not impossible at all. About Dogfight it kind of depends on the pilot.. if less trained fighter in F22 than Su 35 for example then su might actually win. Don't forget that F22 flight hours are expensive and doesn't keep many of them around. And if you disagree I recommend reading more.
