You can try reset scooter and install on another app with an account with region Greece.

The disc style pulley wheels is the rs system . The rs 5 means the five Spokes at the pulley wheels

Ahhhh... this happened once to me. I bought a set of wheelset that was used. But this happened only ones. I hope they fixed the problem.

I don't know if you have ever tried to contact support, you can only lose your patience, besides being incompetent they treat you in a very aggressive way. I have it clear, their motto is the customer is shit, you have to get the money and fuck the next person who comes, they are not interested in making a good name.

@mmh7980 if you don't like them , you never buy again from their store. This is the solution .

Charge it , ride it and tell us what's the top speed . Probably it will be 20km/h

Sound means more friction, friction means more wear on the components of your bike So that's what you try to fix. On synchronised shifting I change where the sprockets at the cassete are changing according to the front sprocket.

Max range is at normal mode at 20km/h

@VilladsReichel there are three modes . Walk mode 6km/h limiter , normal mode 20km/h limiter , sport mode 25km/h limiter. If it doesn't go to 25km/h , you live in a country with local regulation that sets the top speed of the scooter at 20km/h . If you reset the scooter and register it on a xiaomi app with region such as Greece, maybe this will hack the scooter and have a top speed at 25km/h , but this will be illegal for your country.

@luka3854 thanks for your comment. Due to the local laws none scooter should go faster than 25km/h . Even at a decline the scooter will automatic limit the speed at 25km/h . I made a new review video for the maximum incline of the scooter and it will be online later today. I used a gopro 11 and a samsung s23 smartphone.
