I still say - Black Caviar was as good a sprinter as Frankel was a miler 🤷‍♂️ they are both clearly not even close the best sprinter and the best miler I’ve ever seen. The only thing that annoys me is whenever we see Frankel/BC or even a Frankel vs BC video - if Caviar has a replay shown it’s always Ascot. Her worst performance she didn’t travel well got injured and still won. She’s got like 15 other mental wins a couple literally not getting out of first gear beating group 1 horses 😂 but no we see Ascot 😢 anyway both just freaks

Dunadem won the Melbourne cup, Caulfield cup and HK Vase, raced twice against St Nicholas Abbey winner of the Breeders cup turf and was firmly put in his place. Frankel ran against St Nicholas Abbey and beat him easily by 7 lengths. Anyone saying Frankel beat nothing need to look at the horses he beat and then look at the horses they beat then come back with the same argument.

When I cannot compare champions who never raced each other, I look at the breeding stats to rank them. Those who do it on both are the ultimate champions.

The Aussies complain that our horses didn't go and challenge Winx, they constantly said "bring your horses here to challenge her, the rest of the world should send their horses to Australia to take her on". Waller uttered some glib line about planes going in both directions. Well the other countries did travel. So it looks like the planes did only go one way. Coolmore, Godolphin and Japanese stables all sent horses halfway around the world to race her. About 8 or 10 horses from overseas did go out there and race her. But Winxs connections never had the respect and manners to do those overseas connections the honour of a rematch on their home turf. Highland Reel and Benbatl travelled halfway round the world and took her on in her own backyard with all the odds stacked in her favour. In 2017 when Winx was at her peak Highland Reel ran over 10f at Royal Ascot, where was Winx? Why didn't her owners return the favour to Highland Reel and give him a chance for a rematch on his home turf? Or even in the USA on neutral ground. Nuh Uh! If you took her on in her own backyard don't expect to get a rematch unless it was 100% on her terms where she had all the advantages and everything was stacked in her favour. Pretty poor really. Highland Reel especially should have been given that respect after he travelled to race her. Why didn't Winxs connections give him a rematch in the the Prince of Wales at Ascot in 2017 or in the USA at the Breeders Cup? Godolphin raced against her a couple of times and should have been given the respect of a rematch on their home turf, never happened.

yes good horses make good make it to the top..jockey guide the horse.the lad looks after the horse well in the stable, and see the horse well, Who is Sir Hendry Cecil, a man who loved his horses a man who use to talk to to his horses, even to his hack,. in his first year he study his horse he knew Wolow Hollow Rain in face, Karen, and many more these were his first lot. Sir Cecil was a true lover of horses. May his sole rest in peace.

Apart from the fact that Black Caviar was a pure sprinter. There is no way he would have got close if she was well. You only saw a sick horse win the King Stand. A fairer comparison is Winx who won the best handicap and WFA miles in Australia as well as the most important WFA race in Australia the10 furlong W.S.Cox Plate 4 years in a row. She won 33 races in a row over 4 yearsbefore retiring. All were Group races including 25 G1 (one streak of 10 in a row). She was versatile winning at 8 different courses - from 6.5 furlongs to 11 furlongs in that run. She too raced on grass and you will see that her times weere exccellent - wet or dry conditions made no difference.

Wouldn’t a race between Winx and Frankel over 10 furlongs be the race of the century?

Let’s talk facts, Winx has won 29 straight, 22 of them group 1’s, more than any horse in history, I don’t like to compare champions or to rate 1 against the other but everyone here is doing it, in this case the facts are the facts, compare times over the same distances and Winx has them all covered including Frankel, timeform is bullshit and bias towards English and European horses, you only have to look at the champions that aren’t there, Secretariat being one of them, Pharlap another, the list goes on, so to all the fat arse arm chair critics who have the courage to sit behind their computer screens and criticise everything go back to masturbating in the dark corner where mummy can’t see you and whoop down that cheeseburger and shut the hell up, do your research first and fact check everything including times over similar distances then make an educated comment on which horse is superior instead of your ill informed waste of oxygen

Winx has taken Black Caviar's Crown, 27 straight wins, BOTH are Queen's of the turf ANYWHERE!! Frankel? He'd still be running....a good horse but not good enough.

What an amazing champion Frankel was, so to was Black Caviar, and so to is Winx. To say otherwise is to trivialize the outstanding achievements of all of them.

Why don't the Pommie horse owners back them and come to Australia. You all reckon it is inferior here so they should get a good pay day when they come over.... Enable is quality as is Winx... I couldn't give a bag of droppings (horseshit) as to which horse anybody prefers. There have been several equine champions on several continents that have, or should have, given us all great pleasure and pride in watching their performances over the years. Bless then all for providing a passion. Marvellous animals all.
