THAT COULDA MADE ONE CONTINUOUS TRAVEL LANE !!!! TO CUT DOWN ON TRAFFIC!!!....ROAD IS 10 YEARS BEHIND THE TIMES IN DESIGN !!!!

Question though...when the text appears at 1:02 about the remodel train station, isn't that in fact all new construction and the remodeled and moved train station the building the one to the left of "The Depot" at 1:08?
