East County Overlanders visits Anza Borrego RV Campground. Such a beautiful and well kept place. Great Amenities for all ages and close to the small town of Borrego Springs. We throughly enjoyed everything the campground has to offer and it is right next to some of the best offroading in Southern California.

Jeep JK DEATH Wobble Repair

In this episode my friend Daniel will walk us through the DIY of fixing his 2012 Jeep JK death wobble. He experienced this when he went from 35 inch tires to 37 inch tires. Thanks for sharing this! you just saved me from having to replace the regulator and all that installation jazz. I found I had the same issue. soldered and fixed! I would have replaced it all and still not have it worked cause of a broken wire by the door. 👍

How did 2wd taco do on the sandstone canyon area where the narrow portion is with the boulder on the left side? I have a rear locked 2wd 3rd gen 4Runner and was wondering if I’d be able to clear that
After the rain the boulder and narrow path is much worse so he did not go through the gate keeper. If you have a rear locker I think you maybe able to do it but it have a buddy with you incase you high center on it. After all the rains it is much more difficult to go over it.

I know some Border Patrol agents, who will be out hiking 8+ hours every day through the mountains, have said the Goat Canyon Tressel hike is a rough hike.

Great video. As for the fallen vehicle, I watched a video recently about this. If I recall, it was a Land Rover Discovery. I watched it a week ago and the guy said it was a friend of his. He was okay. I tried looking for the video through my history queue and I can't find it.

No way, how lucky are you to have seen the wild horses out there, I am jealous! Was there a large boulder in part of the trial at any point? I think last year one fell into the trail and you had to maneuver carefully around it. Maybe it has since been moved? You totally could have made it up the waterfall. We don't have lockers and made it no problem,
I should have tried the waterfall. I don’t remember seeing a big rock in the middle BUT there were alot of big boulders we did have to slowly maneuver around. I definitely got some new scratches on the wheels.

Mines a 2wd, all you need is good clearance, tires, ( tac control off ) and drive like a boss. Good parents raise great kids, good job!!!! Love Anza!!!!!!!!!
